We are a church that focuses on reaching our community. We support many local ministries such as the North Ellis County Outreach in Red Oak, TX and The Genesis Center in Kaufman, TX. We also reach out to a local apartment community where we partner with the management to provide food and games at no cost to the residents. We have been able to build relationships with people and show that others care for them without strings attached.
We are a local body of believers that are guided by the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. It is our desire to love the Lord with all of our souls, minds, and hearts. It is our desire to love people the way Jesus loves them. It is also our desire to go into all of the world and make disciples of Jesus. In other words-Love God, Love People, Make Disciples. The vision of Highland Meadows Church is to be a multi-ethnic, multi-generational, missional community that loves God wholeheartedly, ourselves correctly, and our neighbors compassionately.
