My name is Corrine Fields, and I am a parent volunteer with Holy Comforter Episcopal Preschool in Vienna, VA. Holy Comforter Episcopal Preschool is currently planning our 2018 Annual Auction, which will be held April 27, 2018, and we need your help!
Please consider donating a gift certificate that will promote Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament to over 150 families in the Vienna area and help support our preschool community. As a donor, you will be thanked in our Auction Catalog and your donation will be promoted on-site April 27th. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary, business-card-size ad in our Auction Catalog.
HCEP provides a lively, creative, loving and safe environment that gives each child the opportunity to develop a sense of self-worth, self-understanding and self-expression. Our integrated curriculum encourages the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development of children.
As our only fundraiser of the year, the Auction is a low-cost, tax-deductible way for you to promote your business while investing in our future. Proceeds raised by the Auction help us with initiatives such as: keeping our overall tuition low; replacing playground equipment; replenishing our scholarship fund; and, providing valuable programs for our children like science and music.

HCEP is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Tax ID 54-0715868) and your gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. All proceeds benefit HCEP.
