The Homeless Pet Placement League (HPPL) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization. We rescue and rehabilitate stray and abandoned animals, sponsor Trap-Neuter-Release feral cat programs and provide assistance to pet owners who are unable to assume the cost to spay/neuter their animals(many of whom are elderly or disabled and their pet is their only companion).
