Since 1995, Hope Alzheimer's Center has cared for people with Alzheimer's disease and other progressive memory disorders. Open six days per week, the center offers a comprehensive array of daytime nursing and personal care services, nutritional support, individualized care planning, and life-enriching therapeutic activities. Programs are specifically designed to focus on remaining abilities, not disability. Just as importantly, our center provides caregivers with a structured program for their loved ones so that they may tend to work and other responsibilities with the peace of mind of knowing that their family members are safe and happy. Our mission is "to be a leader in fulfilling the unique needs of the individual with dementia and supporting their caregivers, while optimizing each person's independence and dignity."
