Hope House exists to alleviate physical and spiritual poverty through gospel restoration in Bowling Green, Kentucky. With eight ministries and two enterprises, our mission is applied in many different ways, but everything we do is for the purpose of seeing a person's life restored in every area. We recognize that poverty is more than the outward symptoms we see, but rather that it requires whole-life transformation and long-term change, not only short-term relief. We do with people instead of for people because our neighbors in West End Bowling Green have God-given gifts, talents, and assets that can be used to overcome poverty; we need only to provide opportunities and walk alongside them to remove roadblocks along the way. Ultimately, our goal is to help restore dignity and value in a person's life as he or she overcomes poverty.
