HOPE International is pleased to announce that we are celebrating our sixth annual “Investing in Dreams” dinner and auction on November 8, at Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach. We hope to have 450 prominent business and community guests attending and anticipate raising over $800,000 to support the mission of HOPE International.
HOPE International focuses on alleviating physical and spiritual poverty through microenterprise development. We practice a holistic approach to poverty alleviation. Access to business loans and biblically based business training enable individuals to build businesses and break free from physical poverty. Clients find that their increased income enables them to provide more nutritious and regular meals as well as improved housing and education for their children.
Since its inception 21 years ago, HOPE International has grown to operate in 15 countries, serving over 830,000 clients with $34 million in savings. To date, HOPE’s network has loaned over $500 million to hard-working entrepreneurs.
Last year we had 420 people join us at the Balboa Bay Resort and together raised over $750,000 to empower families living in poverty around the world. It would be an honor to have your participation this year in reaching our financial goal of over $800,000 which has the potential to serve over 45,000 clients around the world.
