Hope through Housing Foundation is dedicated to breaking the generational cycle of poverty by providing programs and services that empower individuals and change communities. By delivering an array of quality health and social services to low-income residents within National CORE affordable housing communities throughout the 5-county region of Southern California along with Texas and Florida, Hope impacts the lives and futures of thousands of children, adults, and seniors each year.
Focus areas are youth development, economic mobility, basic seniorcare/wellness and stabilizing the lives of the formerly homeless.
