Our mission is to support individuals struggling with an eating disorder as well as their families and friends. We are dedicated to offering support, information, and hope to anyone affected by eating disorders. Additionally, we engage in preemptive practices by helping people understand eating disorders and the importance of healthy attitudes towards body image, eating, and physical activity.

We focus our help on the community in the following ways:

- Support groups: We offer peer, family and friend support groups for those touched by eating disorders and disordered eating. Programming is available to those 17+.
- Art Therapy Programs: Our art therapy programming provides those who are in recovery for eating disorders to use art as a recovery outlet. Programming is available to those 17+.
- Mentoring Program: The Bridging the Gap mentoring program aims to help support individuals who are 18 years old and older, who are transitioning from eating disorder treatment back into their daily lives or who are looking for extra support through their recovery process.
- Community Outreach: Celebrate EveryBody is an eating disorder prevention initiative informed by evidence-based research, best practices, The Ontario Ministry of Education’s curriculum, and the School Mental Health Ontario’s Framework. In our Community Education program we offer two presentations: Celebrate EveryBody and Talking About Eating Disorders. We also offer presentations to schools (elementary, secondary, and post-secondary), youth organizations, support and frontline staff groups, and parents.
