Hopewell Elementary School's (of Southern Lehigh School District) PTA is holding a Bingo night in March and a Spring Festival in May to provide an fun experience for the families of our school community. During these events, we are holding a basket raffle to raise funds for our school. These funds would allow our over 400 students (kindergarten to 3rd grade) to participate in field trips, assemblies, wellness activities, school-wide behavior incentives, and cultural arts. We are also working on building a Learning Lab within the school for classes to have a collaboration room to hold groups in various academic areas.
As you know, Covid-19 has been very hard on our students and staff. The PTA is trying to encourage and lift spirits at the school by doing many positive activities; such as: Dance for Education, Trunk or Treat, Bingo Night, movie night, festivals, holiday dances, visiting entertainment, etc.
