Mission: Hospice Lennox and Addington assists and supports clients, caregivers and families living with life threatenting illness and offers bereavement care after a loss.

Vision: Hospcie Lennox and Addington will provide compassionate care and support to every person living with a life threatening illness so that they may reach the end of thier life with dignity.

Hospice Offers: Visiting volunteer Services, Bereavement Support Program, Caregiver Support Program, Equipment Loan, Hospital Bed Loan Program, Mobile Bereavement Boxes for Children and Youth and manage a Childrens Wish Fund.
