The Hospice Foundation of Central New York’s mission statement is: Mission Statement: Hospice of Central New York, as our community’s expert resource at the end-of-life, provides comprehensive comfort care to patients and families through unique interdisciplinary services, bereavement counseling, education and collaboration. And their vision statement is: Vision Statement : Hospice of Central New York commits to quality end-of-life care, accessible to everyone, and effective collaboration with community partners. 

Their clients cover all of Onondaga County and vary by age, sex, religion and nationality.  During this crucial time in their client’s lives Hospice provides support not only to the client but also their caregiver.
