We care for end-of-life patients and their families. Our goal is to stabilize our patients so they may enjoy quality time with their loved ones. We work closely with patients and their families to prepare for passing and extend bereavement services for 13 months after the patient passes. We have a unique children's bereavement program that is FREE and open to any grieving child in our area - not just those from hospice families. We accept insurance but never charge patients or their families for services not covered by insurance - this is one of the biggest reasons we raise funds, so our patients have everything they need. Our children's summer camp, Camp Promise, is also free and open to any child in our community that needs to process and work through grief.
