Hospice of the North Coast serves 1,100 hospice patients and supports 900 grieving individuals each year. Our mission every day is to ensure that patients and families receive compassionate individualized care during their end-of-life transition. This care is given by a dedicated team of hospice professionals and volunteers, all to ensure a dignified and pain-free end-of-life experience.
