Human Support Services is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization that services residents in Monroe County. Our main focus is to help all people live their best lives. We offer counseling and outpatient mental health services. They provide affordable housing for individuals who have developmental and intellectual disabilities or mental health concerns. HSS also offers job coaching, educational classes, and training for individuals needing assistance in gaining employment, independent living skills, and experience. HSS is present in Monroe County schools for any student who needs someone to talk to. Recovery and prevention services are available for anyone struggling with substance use and addiction. The services are provided on a sliding fee scale to ensure that we are able to help the people in our community who are in need of these services.
