The Humboldt Park Health Foundation seeks to engage philanthropists, the corporate and foundation community, and civic leaders to help Humboldt Park Health provide high-quality healthcare to the people of Humboldt Park and neighboring communities. Humboldt Park Health, a 127-year-old safety-net hospital located on the west side of Chicago, serves a low-income and vulnerable minority population that has been especially hard-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide exceptional, compassionate healthcare to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay; race or ethnicity; economic status; or any other social barrier to care.
