Our organization is dedicated to improving the lives of everyone affected by Huntington’s disease (HD) and their family. HD is a rare, fatal, genetic brain disorder with No Cure. It has symptoms of ALS, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer's simultaneously and it strikes young.

At HDSA SF Bay Area Chapter, we are currently working on an annual fundraiser, San Jose Team Hope Walk/Run to provide free resources/services to HD families in the SF Bay Area.  A few of the resources are: local HD support groups, Stanford Medicine and UCSF Medical Center HD Clinics, research, a local social worker, a disability lawyer to help with disability claims.

In order to make a difference, we rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community. We would be most grateful if would consider providing a Sponsorship/Donation for our annual event.
