I Believe in Me, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization created to provide a sustainable agricultural learning center for adults and children with acquired brain disorders or intellectual disabilities. The exposure of farm to table for these individuals promotes an educational purpose of life skills, independence, social interactions and a sense of pride in their abilities and accomplishments. Our organization is in the 6th year of supporting those with disabilities and working towards developing a full operational program. Our members will be encouraged to explore possibilities of gardening, harvesting, farm maintenance, small business sales, horticulture, woodworking, cooking and social interactions on a community farm. Learning changes lives, and we hope to offer a sense of belonging and purpose.
