The Illinois Permit Technicians Association (IPTA) is a collective organization of likeminded Permit Technicians, Permit Coordinators, and Building/Planning Administrative personnel seeking educational opportunities, professional development, and networking. IPTA offers educational seminars, support for certification, and recognition to the contributions of Code Enforcement through PermitTechNation and the International Code Council. The goal is to advance the standardization of this profession and engage interest for recruitment to all potential code enforcement careers.
We only just established and are gaining membership momentum monthly. Beneficaries is currently @ 30 people, but will rise.
