Impact International, Inc. exists to help vulnerable people in our community overcome tough challenges, such as homelessness, illiteracy, and access to healthcare for veterans. Our mission is fourfold:

·         HOPE Center: a residential transitional program for homeless men eighteen years of age and older. Following acceptance into the program, clients receive a warm bed, all daily necessities as well as assistance designed to facilitate permanent stability and independence.  Guided by a case manager, each resident receives attention to minor medical and dental issues, personal necessities such as clothing, job training, employment assistance, financial management, and opportunities for interaction and constructive social networking.  These men are provided the support and resources necessary to progress toward independent living.

·         Extreme Weather Center: provides emergency shelter during times of extreme weather conditions, both extreme cold and debilitating heat, not just for the homeless but also the elderly and other populations who might find themselves at risk.

·         DESERVE (Veterans Transportation): ensures that local veterans are able to access the medical treatment they need at the Trinka Davis Veterans Clinic, Tanner Medical Center, and local doctor's offices. These services are offered free of charge. Education:

·         Adult and Community Education (ACE): Adult and Community Educations provides Adult Reading and Writing Classes, Educational Community workshops, English as a Second Language Classes, & Cool Kids Club which fosters a love of reading for at-risk children, and a Free Children’s Lending Library.
