IBT is dedicated to transforming lives and enriching the community through the world of dance. For 39 years, IBT has committed to its mission through performance, outreach, and the finest dance education.
Indiana Ballet Theatre, NW Inc. (IBT) is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. IBT is committed to the continuous enhancement of ballet production in Northwest Indiana and surrounding communities and remains dedicated to the art of dance and enriching the cultural life of the community. We provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their skills and fulfill their personal goals in the art of dance in a professional environment. We offer classes and instruction for those wishing to dance for health and fitness, those wishing to pursue careers in dance, and those simply wanting to dance for fun. IBT supports diversity and provides increased opportunities for participation in a professionally-run dance company to persons of all ages and cultures.
