The Indiana Blind Children's Foundation (IBCF) invests in children with visual impairments so each child may thrive in school and daily life. IBCF is a philanthropic foundation that supports the unique programs and needs of students impacted by the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ISBVI).

The foundation invests in the academic, social and emotional needs of youth ages 3-22 impacted by blindness and vision impairments by raising awarenss and financial support of five investment areas and programs at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired: assistive technology, arts and music, career development, family engagement and health and wellness programs.
