This is done through supporting clinical areas and program focuses that help patients, healthcare works, doctors and the community. Through our community health needs assessment, we have determined the major needs in the community. We will work towards preventing and managing chronic diseases, reduce inequities caused by social determints of health, expand access to care, build our community and enhance our campus
