InRETURN was founded in 2005 with the guiding principle of giving back to our community. Our mission is to provide traumatic brain injury survivors and others with cognitive challenges real-world employment opportunities, as well as the tools and support system to achieve independence and renewed self-esteem to become meaningfully productive and proud members of our community. Our model is uniquely set in a structured work environment that provides viable employment opportunities sustained through manufacturing contracts with local and national businesses and manufacturers. We believe it is important to promote a culture of “inclusion” by providing the effective training, monitoring, and nurturance to promote independent living. We work to alleviate the life challenges and enrich the lives of our associates by providing programming that promotes ongoing personal success and facilitation of personal goal attainment. We have a unique model where our associates receive a living wage, while also receiving specialized life skills training focused on improving daily living and community engagement. Associates participate in a therapeutic classroom setting that enhances life skills such as management of daily living activities, community involvement, financial independence, and socialization. The recent addition of individual therapy services enhances the ability of our associates to achieve and sustain personal goals.
