Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners (IOCP) is a human services nonprofit located in Plymouth, MN. Since 1979, we have served the cities of Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth, and Wayzata.
Our mission is to strengthen our community by meeting basic needs and equipping indviduals and families for ongoing stability. We do this by delivering integrated services, that address the basic needs for food, shelter, and clothing, while also providing strengthening services that connect clients to afforable housing, quality childcare, and living-wage employment.
