To entertain, educate, inspire and provoke thoughtful dialogue through live theatre.
International City Theatre has five mainstage productions throughout the year and six active education programs that reach every demographic from 4 to 104. These include: our program for low-income seniors that provides transportation and tickets to the shows to keep this often negleted demographic mentally and socially engaged, the Free Saturday Family Theatre Series that offers free, fun and educational shows to the community, the Performing Arts Classroom Teaching program that reinforces literacy and fosters creativity and visits the third grade classrooms in the Long Beach Unified School District, our Summer Youth Conservatory, Summer Internships, and the Students to Stage program that brings high-school students to the theatre.
