Iron Horse Therapy is an award-winning therapeutic equine center located in the windy country roads of Milton GA. Iron Horse Therapy is dedicated to empowering children and adults with special needs through equine-assisted activities, one ride at a time.
Our vision is to build relationships between people, horses, families, and communities. Here at Iron Horse Therapy, the horse becomes a partner and therapeutic tool in achieving a variety of goals that are cognitive, physical, social, educational, and behavioral.
