Over 50% of families at our school are considered to be low income and are unable to pay for their students to attend science camp. The Isla Vista PTA's main goal is equal opportunity and access to all things educational. Not only do we pay for the busing and transportation (over $9,000) but we always pay for a portion of all campers camp fees.
Our Jog A Thon is usually our largest fundraiser of the school year.
