The PTA is a state and national affiliated organization dedicated to advocacy for all children. Through fundraising, we have provided our schools with cultural arts programs, fitness programs, and more.
All of the proceeds from this event will go directly back to the programs we provide for all of the students in preschool through 8th grade at John F. Kennedy Elementary and Grace M. Breckwedel Middle Schools.
The Tricky Tray will be a portion of our event’s entertainment that combines an auction with a raffle. Therefore, rather than a prize going to the highest bidder, the prize goes to a person whose ticket is randomly drawn. We anticipate that this event will bring in more than 200 people from our community as well as surrounding communities. In 2019 we raised over $10,000 and funded busing for field trips for ALL students in K-8th grade.In 2020 when our Tricky Tray needed to be cancelled, we raised $4,800 when we held two raffles one as a countdown to Winter Break 2020 and one as a countdown for the end of the 20/21 school year. And, this year we’re planning to once again finance field trip busing for grades K-8, plus, we’ve added more student evening activities, and family fun nights to foster community amongst our families.We are hoping businesses like yours will support our event. There are several ways to do that:
1. Donate a service or product from your business
2. Donate monetarily and we will purchase a prize to raffle on your behalf
3. Buy a ticket package.
