Inspired by faith, we journey with individuals and families to create a community where everyone feels equipped and supported to lead and love their families. As a licensed adoption agency, JFJ Hope Centre is privileged to partner with birth parents, adoptive and waiting families, offering professional services, compassionate support and counselling, and providing formal guidance for the adoption journey anywhere in Ontario. Regardless of race, ethnicity, religion or gender, we believe every individual is deserving of dignity, respect and support. JFJ Hope Centre offers pregnancy counselling, parenting programs, and meets the practical, emotional and spiritual needs of real people and families in our communities.
Adoption Services - we have been blessed to journey with several birth paretns in 2021 & 2022. Since April 2022 we have had 3 placements and another 2 pending. In the last fiscal year we have had 13 babies placed into their forever homes.
Counselling Services - Many people are still feeling the effects of the Covid pandemic as we slowly emerge from the last two years. We continue to partner with Children's Aid Societies and mental health agencies to provide much needed counselling services to support individuals and families for free or limited cost to those who need it.
Care Cupboard - Our Care Cupboard provides families with the necessary needs for babies, such as diapers, wipes, food/formula, gently used baby items, toiletries, children's clothing and gift cards when available.
Parenting Programs - Our parenting programs continue to be a source of help for our parents. Each week we provide a variety of parenting programs to help educate, support, and empower parents to be the best they can be for their children and families.
