Purpose/Mission of the Organization:
JAG’s mission is to help young people stay in school and to acquire the academic, personal, leadership and vocational skills they will need to be successful upon graduation. JAG programs are embedded in the school day, connecting youth with a positive adult role model, delivering competency-based curriculum, and developing youth leaders through the student-led career association. Throughout the year, students also plan and participate in service projects giving back to the community and career and college exploration events. JAG continues to support these students after graduation as they transition into further education and employment.
