This year the Jingle Ball is benefitting the Jodi L. Smith Readers to Leaders Scholarship. This is a 501 (3) (C) non-profit that was created in conjunction with the Community Foundation of Washington County. Jodi recently unexpectedly passed away at the age of 47 on 3/22/22 and she was an educator at Washington County schools for 24 yrs. We are hosting a black tie gala in her honor in her hometown of York, PA.
We are planning on having a dinner, dance and silent auction at the event with proceeds going directly to the scholarship fund in her honor. We are in search for donations for our silent auction to help with raising more money for the organization.
