Good afternoon!
I am writing on behalf of the John Weldon Elementary PTO to request a donation for our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament Silent Auction. Our event is scheduled for Saturday, April 15, 2023 at The Falls Golf Club. At our tournament, where we are expecting approximately 250 - 300 community members, we will auction off gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help fund the campus beautification project. Specifically, the outdoor main entrance, main atrium, faculty and staff restrooms and the faculty staff lounge.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for our event, your business will be recognized on auction displays throughout the golf tournament, in our school newsletter and on our PTO website and Facebook page. Attached to this email is a copy of our PTO’s tax-exempt ID number (EIN 43-1592531) for your records.
If you are able to donate, we will gladly pick up your donation, or it can be mailed to our school at the following address:
