Our Center is a 501(3)(c) located in Houston and is the largest private food pantry in the state of Texas. Our center provides much-needed food assistance and household goods to several thousand individuals per month through our community pantry and emergency box programs. Our Center not only provides food to those who are experiencing food insecurity, but we have a prison and reentry program, veterans care program, baby and children services and neo-cognitive chemical counseling. During the last year with the COVID19 pandemic, the number of individuals and families seeking assistance through our center increased by thousands a month. Since then our center has been stretched thin to continue to feed and care for those who are less fortunate in our community. Many of the resources that we have had in the past to fulfill our mission have simply dried up. We are reaching out with this page to ask for help to ensure that our programs will be able to continue not only for the remainder of this year, but in the years to come. Any help that you could give to help us serve the low-income, seniors, veterans and homeless would be greatly appreciated.
