Joseph Thomas Foundation (JTF) assists medically fragile children in rural communities in 101 Texas counties with purchasing medical services that Medicaid and other sources do not cover through the JTF Grant Program. JTF Closet Program provides medical supplies and equipment through a donation dependant program that allows families to donate thier child's equipment to other families in need.
