Once a year, our school asks for a donation from businesses. This is the only time that we ask for a donation and any donation is appreciated.
The donation might be in the form of money or an item or items that your particular business sells. If your donation is an item(s), then your donation will be used for our carnival (the biggest fundraiser that we hold annually). We use the donation generally for our auction, door prizes, or for drawings. All money we raise from the donation and the carnival supports our students and their education in some way.
The purpose of this letter is to ask for a donation from your organization to support our school.
