We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization for animal rescue and assistance for veterans of the armed services and others suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). JSCR is dedicated to the prevention of animal abuse, neglect, and homelessness and is a sanctuary of safety for dogs, cats, and horses. Services include animal rescue, a safe and secure shelter environment, and every effort possible to find loving homes where each animal receives the care and attention they deserve. Using equine-assisted services and therapies, veterans and others who have lived through trauma are given support to help them find peace, healing, and happiness in this life.
