KAPOSIA'S MISSION STATEMENT: INVESTING IN THE PROSPERITY OF PEOPLE AND THE PROFITABILITY OF OUR PARTNERS
For over 50 years, Kaposia has helped thousands of individuals with disabilities through innovative customized job development, retirement services and now mental health recovery & wellness employment services. Kaposia could not offer its quality services to the Twin Cities community without public participation and commitment like yours.
Kaposia works diligently with our customers, learning as much as we can about their individual talents and passions. We differ from most of our competitors in that our goal is to secure jobs and training the customer truly desires. Many of Kaposia customers have secured their first job offering a living wage, which can be a life-changing experience.
Kaposia relies on the generosity of people, foundations, and corporate donors in order to fund a portion of its operating expenses, general improvements, job creation, and customer transportation. We ask that you support by donating to our Silent Auction for our Fall Gala that will be back in person this year! Your donation can help us have a huge impact in a persons life.
