We are a local charity serving over 500 youth with disabilities in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD metropolitan areas through free of charge programs supported by community volunteers. Our mission is to empower youth with disabilities by providing free, non-competitive one-to-one programs of exercise, fitness and fun, led by volunteer coaches. Our programs provide much needed opportunities for exercise, socialization, and friendship. We currently offer a combination of in-person and virtual programs that include fitness, Zumba, yoga, Tae kwon do, music, social club and more.
