Kinship is a mentoring organization which serves youth age 6-18, who live in a home w/o both parents, and reside in Morrison County (in central MN). These youth are matched with a mentor (either an individual volunteer or a volunteer family). These matches spend 4+ hours each month sharing everyday adventures. In addition, Kinship hosts groups mentoring activities at no cost and of a wide variety of topics. The purposes of both Kinship's "matches" and "group mentoring activities" are to bring youth & adults together to share experiences, to learn new things and most importantly to build relationships and interpersonal skills.
