I am writing to you on behalf of the Kratzer Elementary School PTO. The Kratzer PTO organizes activities for students, parents and teachers; raises funds to finance field trips and purchase classroom equipment, playground items, library books, art and music supplies and coordinates events that build community awareness and involvement.
This is one of our biggest fundraising events of the year and we are looking forward to a successful year! I am writing to you with the hope that you would donate a gift card or item for our basket raffle at our event this year. All proceeds from our fair go directly back to our students and teachers!
All contributions will be on display during our fair and will be publicized in our monthly newsletter to all parents and teachers. I sincerely appreciate your support of our efforts.
