Ky Hopeful Paws is a non-profit 501(c)(3) founded in 2020 to address a growing need in the Kentucky community. Kentucky faces one of the largest pet-dog crises across the country and the numbers of abandoned and abused animals continue to grow.
KY Hopeful Paws is a champion of companion pets everywhere, and our hope is through leadership, education, and involvement with our community and beyond, we can make Kentucky a hopeful place for all animals.
We are currently helping animals in need through sheltering, fostering, adoption, education, spay/neuter education, and community outreach.
Many of the animals we take in are cases of abuse, neglect, hoarding, large puppy mills, or other emergency situations.
