Dear Neighbor,
As a valued business, we are writing to ask for your support in donating a gift or
gift certificate for goods or services to support La Ballona Elementary School.
Donations will be auctioned off starting October 21, 2022 and end two weeks later on
November 6, 2022. Donations are auctioned as part of our online fundraising effort
through Bidding For Good, a website that is visited by thousands of individuals from all
over the US.
The funds raised through this auction will support technology in the classroom, additional arts
and music programs, assemblies and field trips for all of our students.
Many of you have contributed to our school in the past and we are hoping that this year you
can continue with your generosity. We know that these times have been financially
challenging for many businesses as well as non-profits and we truly appreciate any
donation—large or small—that you can make to our school.
What makes our fundraising efforts special?
● ALL PROFITS FROM OUR FUNDRAISER GO DIRECTLY TO SUPPORT LA BALLONA ELEMENTARY.
This means that your entire donation is tax deductible. La Ballona PTA TAX ID # 95-6205019
● La Ballona is an Elementary School located in Culver City with over 550 children in
attendance. The parents of these children, as well as their families and friends, are strong
supporters of local businesses and like to patronize companies that support our school.
● Your gift will truly impact the lives of local children, living in the community where your
business is located.
We would love to include your contribution as one of the exciting items in our fundraising event.
