Our school, La Ballona Elementary in Culver City CA, is a Title 1 school serving 570 children in transitional kindergarten to fifth grade in both English-Only and Spanish bilingual programs. As a Title 1 school, 54% of our students are from low-income families. Any donation you make will truly make a difference in their education. The La Ballona PTA is a non-profit organization whose main purpose is to advocate for children and to help strengthen our school and community. In addition to advocacy, we raise funds to pay for field trips, assemblies, books, classroom grants, enrichment classes, dance lessons, costumes for plays and performances, and school beautification.
