2022 LA Stingerz Fastpitch Softball
Dear Community Members,
I am writing this letter on behalf of the LA Stingerz Fastpitch Softball Non-Profit Organization in hopes that your establishment will participate in a 2022 Spring Season BINGO Sponsorship. Our 10u and 14u girls’ softball teams will be hosting a non-profit fundraising event on May 14, 2022 called ‘Not Your Mother’s Bingo’. This event will take place at Saint Francis Cabrini (2 Goble Ct, Fairless Hills, PA 19030) on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 at 6pm. We are asking for BINGO game Sponsors to make a contribution of a $100 donation toward the cost of a Bingo Basket OR providing a basket for the event directly.
In return for your establishment’s generosity, you will be listed as a BINGO game Sponsor in all advertisements on social media and otherwise. This sponsorship will be used to promote your business within our softball community.
If your business is unable to participate in this level of donation, please know that we will have door prizes to publicize your products as giveaways to promote your business – any contribution will help us, help you. We understand that a donation may not be possible at this time for your business and believe that you have explored the benefits of having this additional advertisement but hope that you will invest in our program at another time, when possible.
