In collaboration with community partners, sustain the Lafayette Library and Learning Center, home of the Glenn Seaborg Learning Consortium, as a community place and regional resource that offers enriched experiences for all ages.
The Lafayette Library and Learning Center has been described in the national press as a model for libraries of the 21st Century. This library is unique because of the Glenn Seaborg Learning Consortium, a partnership of 12 premier education, science and arts institutions who bring their programs to our state-of-the-art learning center. In this last year alone, we provided over 1,100 programs attended by more than 35,000 participants. Funds raised allow continued programs that benefit the wider East Bay Community.
