Lake Forest College asks that you please take a few moments to learn about our upcoming silent auction and consider participating by donating a good or service. On Friday, December 20, 2019 we will host the Lake Forest College Eighteenth Annual Charity Auction.
This year, the event is dedicated to raising donations for the Lake Forest College Student Emergency Fund. The Student Emergency Fund, overseen by the Dean of Students Office, assists Lake Forest College students with high financial need by providing support when they need assistance with unexpected, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency expenses that might disrupt their academic career. Examples of costs that may be covered are medical/mental health copays; books or other essential academic expenses (other than tuition and fees); replacement of essential personal belongings due to fire, theft, or natural disaster; travel costs related to death or illness in the immediate family. The number of students who can be served by the Student Emergency Fund is subject to the availability of funds, which makes this fundraising effort critical.
Please consider helping us with a product or service donation from your business. All donations are greatly appreciated. Your gift will be received by Lake Forest College, an Illinois non-profit and a 501(c) (3) tax exempt organization. A receipt will be sent from the College.
