The LHAECPTA is a community-wide, non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children, equipping parents of preschoolers (ages birth-5 years) with valuable parenting tools and enriching the community. The LHAECPTA has been serving the Lake Highlands Area since 1959! We are different from the traditional PTA as we are not affiliated with a school. However, we are part of the RISD Council of PTA’s and have lasting connections to the schools that feed into Lake Highlands High School.
