Lake Travis Project Graduation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 74-2991202), is dedicated to coordinating corporate sponsorships and in-kind donations to support essential programs for the graduating class of 2025, which this year includes 908 students at Lake Travis High School in Austin, TX. Our organization organizes and funds events that ensure a safe (alcohol-free & drug-free) and memorable senior year. These include fundraising activities and celebrations such as Homecoming, Powder Puff Football, Senior Breakfast, Interfaith Baccalaureate, Rehearsal Brunch, Graduation, and the Senior Graduation Party. We also provide financial assistance to students facing economic hardship, helping them access resources such as AP exams, yearbooks, prom tickets, graduation attire, and senior class party tickets.
We aim to alleviate the financial strain on senior class families by covering senior activity fees, allowing them to focus on college applications, scholarships, and job prospects. With college application fees ranging from $40 to $125 or more per school, the costs can quickly accumulate. Students do not need the fear of being informed they aren't able to graduate because of outstanding fees or not attend the events their senior year because they can't afford it.
Two key annual fundraisers are instrumental in our success: Purse Bingo (March 8th) and an Online Auction (April 14-19th)
We are reaching out to solicit your support through corporate sponsorships or in-kind donations of products, services, experiences, gift baskets, gift cards, gift certificates, or discount coupons suitable for raffle or auction or senior gift prizes. These donations are critical to our ability to continue providing these valuable programs and supporting our students.
