On behalf of the Lakewood PTA, I am writing to request a donation for the Annual Lakewood Night Out Fundraiser and Tricky Tray. Your support of this fundraiser will offer exposure among the 200 parents, friends, and the Lakewood Elementary staff who will be in attendance.

All donations are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows.

Our 501(c)3 tax-exempt number is 13-3577379.

The goals of the Lakewood PTA are child advocacy, parent education, and fun.

PTA members work together to see that these goals are achieved. Our fundraising efforts help support many educational programs, which the children participate in throughout the year.
