Lancaster Baseball Booster Club Mission Statement To provide a structured and professional organization to successfully work with volunteer parents to help accomplish baseball program goals of providing a productive and positive environment and experience for the baseball players in Lancaster and Depew. To support Lancaster Baseball Program(s) through raising funds, coordinating team, school, league, and parent events, and providing baseball players meal support on road trips and staffing of fundraising activities. To continue to build pride in Lancaster Baseball Programs and have outreach to the Lancaster High School Baseball Alumni, former players from the Lancaster-Depew Baseball League, and the entire Lancaster community. To help provide the Lancaster Baseball Programs with the resources they need to remain a top tier baseball program developing players for college and beyond. To help Lancaster Baseball Players become more active in the Lancaster Community through outreach programs and clinics, volunteering, and community events. To work with local High School and Little League officials on fundraising on a large scale to significantly improve the baseball facilities in Lancaster. To Think Big. To help Lancaster Baseball Program(s) better compete with other communities that have invested heavily in their baseball fields and training complexes. To help provide funding for a “Signature Baseball Field” in Lancaster. To help provide a competitive advantage for Lancaster Baseball Players with resources for access to performance training, indoor training, and improved baseball skills training. To be able to provide competent representation at Lancaster High School Board Meetings, Lancaster Town Board Meetings, and Planning Committee Meetings to help secure additional funding for local baseball program(s). To work with the Town of Lancaster developing a long term construction and maintenance plan for baseball fields throughout the Town of Lancaster.
